Small Business Marketing applies a meticulous 5-step approach to deliver tailored strategies, plans, and solutions.


Step 1: Understanding the Environment

In a short initial interview, the SME Owner will share insights about their business, competitors, and business objectives. This information forms the foundation to the 
Outline Marketing Plan (Phase 1).

 

Step 2: Prioritization within the "Big Picture"

A follow-up workshop will delve deeper into the Outline Marketing Plan. This session allows for discussion, additions, agreement, and prioritization of actions. This step results in the creation of the 
Conceptual Marketing Plan (Phase 2).

 

Step 3: Adding detail to the Plan

Small Business Marketing will explore resource requirements of the priorities highlighted in the Conceptual Marketing Plan and present those resource requirements in another session. This becomes the 
Provisional Marketing Plan (Phase 3)

 

Step 4: Approvals

Adjustments are made based on the owner's feedback, ultimately leading to the development of the 
Approved Marketing Plan (4). The actual implementation is contingent upon subsequent approvals for each action step and the costs related to that step.

 

Step 5: Presenting the Implementation and Evaluation

Small Business Marketing will quote and secure approval for each action step, resulting in the 
Final Marketing Plan (Phase 5) which is documented and delivered, with presentations to relevant parties both internally and externally.
